Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telecaller located in Noida. The Telecaller will be responsible for reaching out to potential students, providing information regarding study abroad programs, and assisting with the admissions process. Day-to-day tasks include making outbound calls, handling inquiries, and maintaining detailed records of student interactions. The Telecaller will also need to demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively promote the services and benefits offered by Diligent Consulting Services.

Qualifications
