About Us:
Quick Ranks Digital is a fast-growing Digital Marketing and IT solutions company helping businesses across industries to scale through online strategies, software solutions, and performance-driven campaigns. We are looking for dynamic and motivated Sales & Telecaller Executives to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain company's Digital Marketing & IT services.
- Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and maintain a pipeline of prospects.
- Convert qualified leads into sales opportunities.
- Build strong client relationships through effective communication and trust-building.
- Achieve monthly targets for lead generation, client meetings, and sales closures.
- Maintain call logs, client records, and reporting in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing & business development team for campaigns and promotions.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent verbal communication skills (English & Hindi preferred).
- Confident and persuasive telephone manner.
- Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing & IT services (training will be provided).
- Strong sales attitude, self-motivated, and target-oriented.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Familiarity with MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM software (preferred).
Qualifications:
- Graduate / Undergraduate with relevant experience in sales, telecalling, or customer service.
- Fresher with strong communication and willingness to learn may also apply.
