We are seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Telecaller – B2B Sales
to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for engaging with businesses, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in business development and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to businesses and generate new leads.
- Explain products/services and identify customer requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Follow up on leads and coordinate with the sales team for conversions.
- Maintain records of interactions and client details in the CRM system.
- Achieve targets and contribute to business growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in B2B telecalling or sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and offer solutions.
- Confident, result-driven, and comfortable handling objections.
- Basic computer skills and experience with CRM tools is preferred.
- Must be available from Monday to Saturday as per shift requirements.
