who can handle queries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage customer queries through
    chat & email channels
    with accuracy and courtesy.
  • Provide timely resolutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns effectively.
  • Maintain response quality and meet SLA/TAT commitments.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to handle rotational shifts (including night shifts) and rotational week offs.
  • Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
  • Freshers with excellent communication are welcome, experience in BPO/Customer Service will be an added advantage.
  • Immediate joiners will be given priority.
