Key Responsibilities
As an HR Intern, you will gain exposure to multiple areas of Human Resource Management, including:
- Assist in the recruitment and selection process – posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Draft and manage offer letters, employment contracts, and HR documents.
- Coordinate and support new hire orientation and onboarding programs.
- Maintain and update the HR database and personnel records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support employee engagement initiatives – events, activities, and surveys.
- Help organize and update HR policies, procedures, and manuals.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team – handling files, emails, and calls.
Candidate Profile – Who Can Apply
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and labor laws is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a collaborative mindset.
