  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the BMS industry.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize market penetration.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and competitive landscape.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to clients.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to tailor solutions for clients.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and track sales forecasts.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure profitable deals.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote products.
  • Provide feedback to product development teams based on client input.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
  • Monitor industry developments and report on potential impacts to the business.
  • Train and mentor junior sales staff in techniques and product knowledge.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to create promotional materials.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation or Electronics
  • BMS sales experieince of minimum 5 years
  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in BMS.
  • Strong understanding of building management systems and related technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing environments.
  • Experience with technical presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events.
  • Knowledge of project management principles is a plus.
  • Certification in sales or project management is an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of energy management practices.
  • Acumen for data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
