Job Summary:

We are hiring energetic and customer-oriented individuals for our International Voice Process. If you have excellent verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and a passion for customer service, this is the opportunity for you High-performing candidates will enjoy huge incentive payouts and a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls for international clients.
  • Understand and resolve customer queries promptly and professionally.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Maintain call logs and update CRM systems with customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English a must.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • No MTI (Mother Tongue Influence) – Good accent required.
  • Ability to work in night shifts and rotational schedules.
  • Minimum educational qualification: 10+2 or Graduate.
  • Freshers with excellent communication may apply; experience in BPO is a plus.
