Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls for international customers.
  • Understand and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, or issues efficiently.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and build rapport with customers.
  • Document all interactions and follow up on unresolved cases.
  • Meet performance benchmarks in areas such as customer satisfaction, call quality, and response time.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt and effective issue resolution.
  • Adapt to process updates and continuous improvements in service delivery.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Fluent in English (verbal and written) with a neutral accent.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to identify the root cause of issues and offer appropriate solutions swiftly.
  • People Management: Capable of managing interpersonal interactions with tact, empathy, and professionalism; team collaboration experience is a plus.
  • Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems.
  • Time management and multitasking skills.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum qualification: Graduate or 10+2 with relevant experience.
  • 13 years of experience in an international voice process preferred (freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply).
  • Willingness to work night shifts and rotational shifts.
