Key Responsibilities:

Voice Support:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, or policies.
  • Escalate complex issues to the relevant department or supervisor as needed.

Non-Voice Support:

  • Respond to customer emails, chats, and social media messages promptly.
  • Resolve queries and provide appropriate solutions within SLAs.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery with strong attention to grammar and tone.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum qualification: High school diploma / Graduate in any discipline.
  • Prior experience in voice or non-voice customer support is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills (for voice).
  • Strong written communication and typing skills (for non-voice).
  • Proficient in using customer service software, CRM tools, and basic MS Office.
  • Ability to handle stress and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Experience in BPO or contact center environment.
