SquadStack (parent company of SquadRun) needs someone who:

  • Has excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Has a passion for telesales
  • Wants to work as a telesales executive to earn up to Rs. 25,000 monthly
  • Has a stable internet wifi connection and Laptop (Mandate)

Role Overview: As a Sales Expert with SquadStack, you will represent top Insurance brands and engage with clients to guide them through their loan sales journey. Your role will involve educating potential clients, building strong relationships, and driving sales for loan-seeking individuals. This is a fantastic opportunity to work remotely while contributing to the success of leading brands in the Insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Educate potential clients about available real estate opportunities, market trends, and investment benefits.
  • Build trust and rapport with clients, addressing their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Drive sales and close deals for high-profile real estate properties.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and market dynamics to offer valuable insights.
  • Work independently while collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets.
  • Utilize CRM software and other tools effectively to manage client interactions and sales processes.
  • Uphold a zero-tolerance approach to mis-selling or fraudulent activities.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Insurance sales.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • A minimum of a Diploma or Graduate Degree.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.

Compensation:

  • Salary range: Up to ₹25,000 per month, based on experience and performance.
