We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Customer Service Executive to join our team in the healthcare domain. The role involves handling patient/client queries, ensuring a seamless service experience, and supporting day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage sensitive healthcare information with professionalism and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for patients, clients, and stakeholders via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Schedule, manage, and confirm appointments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Provide clear information regarding healthcare services, procedures, and billing queries.
  • Handle complaints, resolve issues promptly, and escalate complex cases when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate patient/client records in compliance with healthcare data confidentiality standards.
  • Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure smooth coordination of services.
  • Support insurance-related queries and documentation.
  • Collect feedback and ensure a high level of client/patient satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in any discipline (Healthcare, Administration, or related fields preferred).
  • 2–5years of experience in customer service/client service, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving ability with a customer-first mindset.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and healthcare CRM/ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
