Key Responsibilities

  1. Brand Strategy & Identity

  2. Own and evolve the Get-A-Way brand identity, visual language, and positioning based on consumer insights.

  3. Manage packaging design and communication for multiple product formats.
  4. Ensure a consistent and seamless brand experience across all consumer touchpoints,
  5. especially in digital and quick commerce environments.
    1. Brand Planning & Management
  6. Build and implement annual brand plans in coordination with GTM, Ops, and CRM teams.
  7. Collaborate with creative and research agencies to deliver effective brand strategies.


• Identify and drive innovation in products, campaigns, and internal processes to gain competitive edge.

  1. Marketing Communication & Campaigns

  2. Design and execute 360° marketing campaigns across BTL, digital, and influencer-led channels.

  3. Conceptualize and manage campaigns specifically for
    Swiggy, Zomato, and quick commerce platforms
    (Instamart, Blinkit, Zepto, etc.) to drive conversions and visibility.
  4. Develop and scale brand IPs and properties to build long-term consumer affinity.
  5. New Product Development & Launch
  6. Analyze consumer trends, competition, and category insights to identify new product or business opportunities.
  7. Lead cross-functional collaboration with R&D, supply chain, and manufacturing for end- to-end execution.
    1. Performance Marketing, Quick Commerce & Analytics
  8. Work with digital, GTM, and CRM teams to execute high-impact campaigns across
    quick commerce
    and aggregator channels.
  9. Monitor KPIs, consumer funnels, and marketing ROI to improve targeting and performance.
  10. Derive insights from data on consumer behavior, pricing, and market trends for continuous optimization.
    1. Reporting & Operational Excellence
  11. Deliver monthly brand performance reports covering brand health, awareness, sales, and campaign KPIs.
  12. Define clear goals, responsibilities, and metrics for all marketing interventions.
  13. Track and report budget utilization and efficiency.
  14. Qualifications
  15. MBA in Marketing or equivalent field.
  16. 3–7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the food & beverage or FMCG space.
  17. Hands-on experience managing
    campaigns on Swiggy, Zomato, and quick commerce
  18. platforms
    is a must.
  19. Strong analytical, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  20. Excellent storytelling and communication abilities.
