About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic marketing professional to lead marketing and business development for our experiential venue. The role focuses on driving rentals, event bookings, and brand visibility through strategic campaigns, partnerships, and client engagement.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Promotion

  • Design and execute marketing strategies to position the venue for corporate events, launches, exhibitions, weddings, and private gatherings.
  • Run digital campaigns (social media, Google Ads, email) to generate leads and boost awareness.
  • Develop engaging content—videos, photos, copy—for online and offline use.
  • Manage branding partners, PR agencies, and creative vendors.

Business Development

  • Identify and pitch to corporates, event agencies, and wedding planners.
  • Build and nurture a strong industry network.
  • Negotiate and close venue rental and service deals.

Client Engagement & Events

  • Coordinate site visits, presentations, and proposals with the operations team.
  • Create partnership packages with caterers, décor, and AV vendors for client value-add.

Market Research & Reporting

  • Track trends, competitor moves, and pricing to maintain competitiveness.
  • Share monthly reports on leads, conversions, and marketing ROI.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Business, Event Management, or related field.
  • 2–5 years' experience in marketing, event sales, or venue management (hospitality/experiential preferred).
  • Strong digital marketing expertise.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and branding.
  • Flexibility to work evenings/weekends as required.
