, gaining real-world exposure in sales, marketing, and the events industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential venues (hotels, banquet halls, lounges, resorts) in the assigned area.
  • Visit venues to pitch services, negotiate listing terms, and onboard them onto the platform.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing venue partners.
  • Provide on-site logistical and coordination support during key events.
  • Assist in smooth communication between the client, venue, and vendors.
  • Collect real-time feedback from partners and clients to ensure service quality.
  • Develop and execute local strategies to generate new venue and client leads.
  • Maintain records of field activities, visits, and interactions in the CRM system.

Requirements:

  • Education:

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field.
- Communication:

Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills with strong networking and negotiation ability.
- Attitude:

Proactive, motivated, and results-driven, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills:

Comfortable with MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel, Sheets); familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
