Job Title: Field Marketing Representative

Department: Sales & Marketing

Location: Mumbai

Reporting To: Sales Manager / Marketing Head

Job Summary:

The Field Marketing Representative is responsible for promoting Manoj Ornaments jewellery products in the market, building relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and potential clients, conducting field visits, generating leads, and supporting the overall sales and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Market Visits & Client Outreach:

  2. Conduct field visits to jewellery stores, exhibitions, and events.

  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.

  4. Promote company products and brand to potential customers.

  5. Lead Generation & Sales Support:

  6. Identify prospective customers and convert them into clients.

  7. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  8. Report market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

  9. Brand Promotion & Marketing Activities:

  10. Distribute marketing materials, catalogs, and brochures.

  11. Participate in trade shows, promotional events, and brand activations.

  12. Support digital and offline marketing campaigns.

  13. Coordination & Reporting:

  14. Coordinate with the internal sales, CRM, and marketing teams.

  15. Maintain daily visit reports, client meeting records, and follow-ups.

  16. Provide weekly updates to the Sales or Marketing Head.

  17. Customer Relationship Management:

  18. Ensure customer satisfaction through timely service and follow-ups.

  19. Handle client queries and escalate issues when necessary.

  20. Market Intelligence:

  21. Gather insights on competitor products, pricing, and strategies.

  22. Suggest improvements based on field feedback and trends.
