B2B inside sales officer

Job description:
We're looking for energetic and motivated sales professionals who enjoy cold calling and hunting for leads. You'll be responsible for reaching out to potential B2B clients, building a strong pipeline, and closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make50+outboundcalls daily to decision-makers (CXOs, Managers, etc.)
- Research and find quality leads using tools like LinkedIn, Google, ZoomInfo
- Send follow-up emails and pitch products/services
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM
- Achieve weekly/monthly targets for calls and meetings
Requirements:
- 1–5 years of experience in cold calling, B2B sales
- Experience selling high-ticket products/services preferred
- Strong communication skills with a clear and confident voice
- Good at using Google and LinkedIn for lead generation
- Familiar with basic CRM tools
- Fluent in English
