  • Role: Executive Assistant

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities are diverse and often extend beyond basic administration to include strategic support. Handling the appointments of Company's CEO. Direct reporting to the CEO.

  • Calendar and Schedule Management: Expertly manage complex calendars across multiple global time zones, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and resolving conflicts.
  • Communication Hub: Act as the primary point of contact, screening calls and emails, drafting correspondence, and interfacing with internal and external stakeholders, clients, and partners.
  • Travel and Logistics Coordination: Arrange comprehensive travel logistics and itineraries (flights, hotels, transport) and manage expense reporting.
  • Documentation and Presentation Prep: Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Project and Task Coordination: Help track project deadlines, tasks, and resources, potentially utilizing project management software like Asana or Monday.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information and company data with the utmost discretion and integrity.
  • General Administration: Manage day-to-day office administration to ensure smooth operations.

Essential Skills and Qualifications

A strong candidate will possess a mix of soft and hard skills:

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.
  • Organizational Prowess: Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities are crucial for managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Software Proficiency:
