Job Summary

Derik Motors (P) Ltd is hiring experienced professionals for the position of General Manager / Manager – Automobile Sales. We are looking for candidates with strong expertise in automobile sales and dealership management. Candidates with 10 to 15 years of experience in automobile sales will be preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the automobile sales team to achieve business targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue
  • Oversee day-to-day dealership sales operations
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and improve customer retention
  • Maintain strong relationships with OEMs, corporate clients, and retail customers
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to stay competitive
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and processes

Requirements

  • Minimum 10 to 15 years of automobile sales experience (mandatory)
  • Proven track record in achieving automobile sales targets
  • Prior experience in a leadership or managerial role in an automobile dealership
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and team management skills
  • Ability to develop customer relationships and drive business growth

Preferred Profile

  • Candidates with only automobile sales background will be considered
  • Knowledge of South Tamil Nadu and Kerala automobile market is an advantage
