Accessories Manager

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Accessory Manager to handle the sales, stock, and installation of automobile accessories.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle the complete accessories department – sales, stock, display, and fitment

* Work with vendors to source quality accessories at the best prices

* Maintain proper stock levels and avoid overstock or shortage

* Train sales and service staff on accessory features and benefits

* Ensure correct installation and timely delivery to customers

* Plan and run promotional offers or combo kits for accessories

* Track sales performance and give regular reports to management

Requirements:

* Minimum 3 years of experience in automobile accessories or dealership environment

* Good knowledge of car accessories (interior, exterior, electronics, etc.)

* Strong communication and negotiation skills

* Ability to manage a small team

* Basic computer knowledge (Excel, stock management software)

Preferred Qualifications:

* Diploma or Degree in Automobile / Mechanical / Business

* Passion for the automobile industry

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
