Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and responsible Manager to oversee daily operations, manage teams, and ensure business growth in our Nagercoil and Tirunelveli branches. The ideal candidate will have leadership qualities, problem-solving skills, and the ability to drive performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day business operations.
  • Lead, train, and motivate team members.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve targets.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide guidance.
  • Manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Handle reporting, documentation, and office administration.
  • Coordinate with higher management on business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Graduate / MBA preferred.
  • Experience: 0–5 years in management, sales, or administration (Freshers with strong leadership skills may also apply).
  • Strong communication & leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and achieve results.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and reporting.
