Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) located in Assam & Punjab. The RSM will be responsible for managing and developing sales strategies within the assigned region to achieve business objectives. Daily tasks include overseeing the sales team, fostering relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves monitoring market trends, providing sales reports, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Sales and Marketing: Proven ability in managing sales teams, client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of battery technologies including Lead Acid, Lithium, and Solar
• Analytical Skills: Ability to monitor market trends and provide detailed sales reports
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Management Skills: Ability to coordinate with other departments and ensure compliance with company policies and standards
• Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership capabilities in motivating and guiding a sales team
• Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant experience in the energy sector is a plus
