is redefining the way businesses serve authentic, fresh, and ready-to-eat chapatis across India. As we expand our footprint in the institutional and hospitality segments, we're looking for a dynamic B2B Sales In-Charge to drive growth, partnerships, and revenue in this exciting category.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and business development
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on HORECA, institutional catering, and other food service businesses.
- Build long-term partnerships with
key clients
, franchisees, and institutional buyers
to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. - Understand clients' needs and present tailored proposals and presentations that highlight the benefits of your chapati products.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals successfully.
- Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to conversion.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
within the B2B sector.
Market research and analysis
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Use market insights to identify new sales opportunities and inform sales strategies.
Customer service and collaboration
- Serve as the key point of contact for B2B clients, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues professionally and promptly.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as production, operations, and logistics, to ensure seamless service delivery and timely order fulfilment.
- Provide valuable feedback from the market and clients to the product development team for continuous improvement.
Reporting and administration
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including customer interactions and sales contracts, using CRM software.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and forecasts to senior management.
- Manage accounts and keep a check on outstanding payments.
Ideal Candidate:
- 3+ years of B2B experience in
FMCG / Food Service / Hospitality Supply. - Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
- Ability to lead regional sales and manage FOFO manufacturing franchises.
- Passionate about scaling a food brand with strong roots in Indian tradition.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong negotiation and leadership abilities.
