Rotica
is redefining the way businesses serve authentic, fresh, and ready-to-eat chapatis across India. As we expand our footprint in the institutional and hospitality segments, we're looking for a dynamic B2B Sales In-Charge to drive growth, partnerships, and revenue in this exciting category.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales and business development

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans.
  • Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on HORECA, institutional catering, and other food service businesses.
  • Build long-term partnerships with
    key clients
    , franchisees, and institutional buyers
    to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Understand clients' needs and present tailored proposals and presentations that highlight the benefits of your chapati products.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals successfully.
  • Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to conversion.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
    within the B2B sector.

Market research and analysis

  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Use market insights to identify new sales opportunities and inform sales strategies.

Customer service and collaboration

  • Serve as the key point of contact for B2B clients, addressing their inquiries, and resolving any issues professionally and promptly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as production, operations, and logistics, to ensure seamless service delivery and timely order fulfilment.
  • Provide valuable feedback from the market and clients to the product development team for continuous improvement.

Reporting and administration

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including customer interactions and sales contracts, using CRM software.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and forecasts to senior management.
  • Manage accounts and keep a check on outstanding payments.

Ideal Candidate:

  1. 3+ years of B2B experience in
    FMCG / Food Service / Hospitality Supply.
  2. Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
  3. Ability to lead regional sales and manage FOFO manufacturing franchises.
  4. Passionate about scaling a food brand with strong roots in Indian tradition.
  5. Entrepreneurial mindset with strong negotiation and leadership abilities.
