Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Executive located in Bengaluru. The Talent Acquisition Executive will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates. The role involves collaborating with various departments to understand hiring needs, conducting interviews, and maintaining a strong talent pipeline. Additionally, the Talent Acquisition Executive will be involved in employer branding initiatives and IT recruitment processes to attract top talent.

Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in Hiring and Recruiting
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Knowledge and practice of Employer Branding techniques
  • Experience in IT Recruitment
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proficiency in recruitment software and tools is a plus
