About the Role:

As an Sr.Executive, you'll be a shaping the talent landscape of an organization and driving its success through effective talent acquisition. Your diverse responsibilities will encompass:

  • Manage end to end process of hiring from sourcing to on boarding with inputs from HR Manager.
  • Sourcing and screening the profiles according to the Job Specification.
  • Lateral and niche skills hiring across technologies and roles.
  • Partner closely with the Hiring Managers and HR Manager to get a holistic understanding of the hiring needs and therefore execute the hiring plans effectively.
  • Strong understanding and ability to recruit in all levels of the organization.

Who You Are:

  • Have a post-graduate degree- MBA from a reputed institute.
  • Have 4-6 years of experience in a Talent Acquisition preferably in niche domains like Cloud, IT Infrastructure hiring including Cybersecurity and networking etc.
  • Lateral and niche skills hiring across technologies and roles.
  • Ability to screen candidates for cultural and personality fitment.
  • 2+ Years recruitment experience of IT cyber and infra roles at mid Senior level.
  • Basic understanding on data and analysis
  • Good knowledge on Campus Hiring process.
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills
  • Are comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Comfortable in Hybrid role requiring office presence of 3 days per week.
