About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and driven Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have 13 years of strong experience in recruitment, preferably non-IT hiring, with proven expertise in sourcing through job portals and alternative channels. Prior exposure to the interior design or related creative industry will be a significant advantage.

This role requires managing the end-to-end recruitment cycle, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles across various functions.
  • Source candidates effectively using job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial screenings and shortlisting based on role requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews and feedback loops with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, databases, and MIS reports.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and workforce planning.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage of the process.
  • Support HR in onboarding and related hiring activities.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of recruitment experience (non-IT focus preferred).
  • Proven expertise in talent sourcing methods (job portals, Boolean search, social media, referrals).
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple mandates in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in Interior Design/Architecture/Creative industries is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
