  • Collaborate with senior content writers, editors, designers, marketing, and SEO teams to incorporate feedback, optimize content structure, keywords, and readability, and support timely execution of content calendars and campaigns.

  • Manage content updates in content management systems (CMS), maintain version control, follow publishing workflows, track deadlines, and support quality checks to ensure error-free delivery across web, email, and social media channels.

  • Analyze basic content performance metrics such as engagement, reach, and readability, prepare simple reports, and apply learnings to continuously improve content effectiveness and audience relevance.
