Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Appointment Setter Trainee. Based in Gurugram, the role allows for some work-from-home flexibility. The Appointment Setter Trainee will be responsible for scheduling appointments, generating leads, and managing communication with potential clients. The role involves building strong relationships with customers, ensuring smooth appointment processes, and providing excellent service to meet company standards. One must be comfortable working in the evening shift from 5:00 PM to 02:00 AM.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Setting Appointments and Appointment Scheduling
  • Experience in Lead Generation and related processes
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage time effectively
  • A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and adaptability to dynamic roles
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory
