We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced   –  
Research Trainee
  to join our team.

Key Responsibilities


• Analyse global markets, funds, and macro trends, and contribute to weekly research notes


• Support model portfolio creation, reviews, and updates


• Track a curated list of listed and unlisted equities and present insights


• Assist in preparing client presentations, acquisition decks, and research-driven content


• Learn and contribute to marketing workflows like email outreach, WhatsApp communication, and LinkedIn automation


• Use data tools to build knowledge-backed presentations and reports


• Work with visual tools to create charts, summaries, and simplified data views


• Contribute to MIS tracking and lead-support initiatives across teams

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related fields


• CFA Level 2 completed (mandatory)


• Solid understanding of financial markets, asset classes, and investment products


• Strong analytical and quantitative abilities


• Comfortable with financial modelling, data interpretation, and charting tools


• Hands-on with Excel (advanced functions), PowerPoint storytelling, and data visualization concepts


• Familiarity with market research platforms, screeners, dashboards, and AI-assisted research tools


• Excellent command over written and spoken English, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely


• Bonus: Exposure to graphic tools for decks and reports


• Naturally curious, driven, and eager to learn by doing
