Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Analyst to join our team at BSI Financial Services India office. As a Trainee Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting research on the possible leads from the existing portfolio, reviewing the inbound voicemails and assisting the Loan officers in Lead generation. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates looking to start their career in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, leads, and progress in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Run reports and perform analysis on lead data to track performance and identify trends.
  • Manage various client databases, including lead trackers and mortgage application software.
  • Track and manage a pipeline of identified leads using a CRM or loan origination system (LOS), ensuring all activity is accurately documented and leads are moved efficiently through the sales funnel.
  • Ensure all lead generation and retention activities comply with company policies and all relevant federal and state mortgage lending regulations
  • Systematically access and review inbound voicemails left by existing and past clients related to mortgage questions, potential refinances, or other retention opportunities
  • Listen to and analyze voicemail content to determine the client's needs and intent
  • Accurately categorize and transfer qualified leads to the appropriate loan officer or retention specialist using the company's CRM or loan origination system.
  • Update and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and lead information in the database. Ensure contact information is current and notes are detailed
  • Track and report on lead volume, transfer conversion rates, and other relevant metrics to help analyze the effectiveness of retention strategies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree is Mandatory/MBA would be an added advantage but not mandatory (freshers are encouraged to apply).
  • Basic knowledge of real estate laws and regulations is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willing to work in Night shift
  • Excellent written and verbal Communication Skills
