Role Overview

As a
Marketing Trainee – Brand & Growth
, you'll play a vital role in strengthening Nynii's brand visibility, digital presence, and user engagement. You'll work closely with the Brand Division and Growth Team to plan and execute marketing campaigns that attract both customers and gig workers while shaping the Nynii brand voice across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating and executing digital and offline marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate on content, social media, and influencer strategies to drive engagement.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential collaborations.
  • Support performance tracking of brand and growth initiatives through analytics.
  • Assist in planning events, partnerships, and referral programs.
  • Contribute to the development of visual and narrative brand assets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, tech, and operations) for smooth campaign execution.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Strong interest in digital marketing, social media, and brand communication.
  • Creative thinking with analytical curiosity.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Excel, and social media management tools is a plus.
