Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Showroom Coordinator located in Bengaluru. The Showroom Coordinator will manage day-to-day operations of the showroom, assist customers in choosing products, and provide exceptional customer service. They will actively coordinate sales activities, including working with distributors, and ensure the showroom meets organizational standards in presentation and efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
  • Customer service expertise with the ability to provide a positive experience and address customer needs
  • Sales-oriented skills, with understanding of retail and wholesale sales processes
  • Organizational and multitasking skills to manage showroom operations effectively
  • Familiarity with the mattress or bedding industry is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in business or related field is advantageous
  • Preferable linguistic ability in Tamil, English and Kannada
