Job Title: Sales Executive- Retail
Job Overview:
Krisavé Human Resources is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive- Retail to join a premium lighting showroom in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with clients, driving sales, and achieving targets. Candidates with prior experience in the lighting industry (not mandatory) and direct sales will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist walk-in customers and corporate clients in selecting the right lighting solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and retail customers.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive engagement and customer interaction.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain technical aspects of lighting solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest lighting industry trends and products.
- Prepare quotations, handle inquiries, and follow up on potential leads.
- Coordinate with the internal sales and project teams to ensure smooth execution of orders.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel locally for site visits/ client meetings if required.
MANDATORY CRITERIA:
- Excellent communication and selling skills
- Should have experience in any Architectural or Interior Designing/ Lighting/ Hospitality/ Construction firms.
- Should be ready for site visits when required.
- Knowledge in AUTOCAD is an added advantage.
- Language: English, Kannada, Hindi
Working Hours: 11.00 AM – 8 PM, 6 days a week (Sunday Off)
Mode of work: Work from Office
Education Qualification: Diploma/ Graduate / Masters
