who can empower our showroom teams with sales skills, product knowledge, grooming standards, and customer handling excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct sales and product training for showroom staff
• Enhance customer interaction, grooming, and compliance standards
• Drive performance improvement and team motivation
• Support leadership in maintaining showroom excellence

Skills Required:

• Excellent communication in
  Kannada, English, and Hindi
• Strong people-handling
  and
  presentation skills
• Deep understanding of jewellery retail operations
• Passion for training, mentoring, and motivating teams

Malleshwaram, Bengaluru
Experience:
5+ years in Jewellery Retail Industry
Salary:
₹35K + Incentives
