Reporting to : Retail Operational Manager

Duties and responsibilities

  • Sales & Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans, set targets, analyse performance,

and implement strategies to expand customer base and boost sales.

  • Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and manage the sales team, fostering a high-

performance culture, conducting meetings, and providing coaching.

  • Customer Experience: Ensure an exceptional, welcoming showroom experience;

handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and build customer relationships.

  • Showroom Operations: Oversee daily operations, maintain cleanliness, manage

visual merchandising, and ensure product availability and presentation.

  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, recommend replenishment, and

ensure product displays are updated and appealing.

  • Marketing & Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing for promotions, manage

vendor relations, and ensure brand consistency.

Skills and qualifications

  • Proven sales leadership, goal achievement, and team development.

  • Strong understanding of sales tactics, customer service, and product knowledge.

  • Analytical skills for sales data, financial management, and operational efficiency.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to maintain an attractive, organized, and branded showroom environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹28, ₹30,000.00 per month
