Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced, results-driven Regional Sales & Specification Manager to lead our sales efforts and manage project specifications across the West Region. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the local market, established relationships with architects and consultants, and a strong track record in business development and project conversion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive lead generation, business development, and new client acquisition in the region.
  • Control and expand specifications through key stakeholders, including architects, consultants, developers, and influencers.
  • Manage and grow relationships with large accounts and ensure continued engagement.
  • Identify and convert opportunities in both infrastructure and private sector projects.
  • Deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams, distributors, and applicators for smooth project execution.

Must-Have Skills & Qualities

  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong leadership presence, with the ability to drive targets independently.
  • Proven sales track record, especially in large or complex projects.
  • Deep familiarity with the West Region market dynamics, including key players and project ecosystems.
  • Commercially astute and capable of handling high-value transactions.
  • Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to sales execution.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Civil, Architecture, or related fields.
  • MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
  • Experience in building materials, architectural products, or related industries is highly desirable.
