B2B Institutional Marketing Executive / Overseas Education

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead B2B institutional marketing initiatives for our overseas education services. The role involves building and managing partnerships with schools, colleges, coaching centers, and other institutions to generate quality student leads and strengthen our brand presence in the study abroad market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and build long-term partnerships with schools, colleges, universities, and coaching institutes.
  • Develop and execute institutional marketing strategies to promote overseas education opportunities.
  • Organize seminars, workshops, webinars, and info sessions in partner institutions.
  • Negotiate and formalize agreements (MoUs, tie-ups, referral arrangements) with educational institutions.
  • Generate student inquiries/leads through institutional networks and partnerships.
  • Coordinate with internal counselling and admissions teams to ensure smooth student conversion.
  • Represent the organization at educational fairs, institutional visits, and networking events.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing institutional partners.
  • Track, analyze, and report performance metrics related to B2B partnerships and lead generation.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B marketing, institutional sales, or business development (experience in education industry preferred).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional networks.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for institutional visits and events.
  • Knowledge of overseas education processes (applications, admissions, visas) is an advantage.
