  3. Generate corporate tie-ups, event bookings, party orders, and bulk orders.
  4. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets assigned by management.
  5. Promote new menu items, offers, and packages to increase customer spending.

  6. Market Research & Expansion

  7. Study market trends, competitor pricing, and customer preferences.

  8. Identify potential locations for new outlets or delivery expansion.
  9. Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements.

  10. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  11. Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, hotels, event planners, and vendors.

  12. Conduct regular meetings, follow-ups, and presentations.
  13. Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.

  14. Online Business Growth

  15. Coordinate with all online Integrated food delivery platforms.

  16. Ensure correct menu listings, pricing, offers, and high order ratings.
  17. Manage promotions, campaigns, and visibility boosts.

  18. Branding & Marketing Support

  19. Work closely with marketing team for promotions, social media campaigns, and local branding.

  20. Support the creation of promotional materials like flyers, banners, digital posts.
  21. Organize food tastings, sampling drives, and events.

  22. Operational Coordination

  23. Work with outlet managers, kitchen team, and supply chain to ensure order fulfilment.

  24. Communicate customer requirements, feedback, or complaints to relevant departments.
  25. Ensure smooth coordination for bulk/corporate orders.

  26. Reporting & Documentation

  27. Maintain daily/weekly sales reports.

  28. Prepare performance summaries and present to management.
  29. Track sales pipeline and conversion rates.
  30. Monitor ROI of marketing and promotional activities.

  31. Negotiation & Contract Handling

  32. Negotiate terms with clients, vendors, and strategic partners.

  33. Handle contracts for corporate meal plans, events, and long-term partnerships.

  34. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  35. Work with HR for staffing during events or peak sales.

  36. Assist finance team with billing issues, outstanding payments, or invoices.
  37. Coordinate with operations for new outlet launches.

  38. Customer Experience Monitoring

  39. Regularly visit outlets to ensure service standards match brand expectations.

  40. Identify gaps and recommend improvements in service, packaging, or menu.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
