We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with experience in the events and media industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, acquiring new clients, building long-term partnerships, and contributing to the company's strategic expansion.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify business opportunities, trends, and competitors.

Develop and implement effective client acquisition and retention strategies.

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, event organizers, and key decision-makers.

Prepare and deliver customized proposals and presentations to clients.

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.

Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences for networking and lead generation.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and production) to ensure successful event execution.

Maintain accurate records of business development activities and generate regular reports.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Business Development or Sales, preferably in the events/media/corporate domain.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client relationships.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team.
