Key Responsibilities:
OEM & Vendor Management
Develop, manage, and maintain strong relationships with OEM partners across all factories.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and SLAs with OEM vendors.
Monitor vendor performance on quality, cost, compliance, and delivery.
Production & Supply Chain Oversight
Align factory production schedules with business requirements and sales forecasts.
- Ensure timely delivery of finished goods across categories .
Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams for smooth flow of raw materials and finished products.
Quality Assurance & Compliance
Drive quality standards and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
- Monitor product quality across all factories and take corrective measures where needed.
Coordinate regular audits and inspections at OEM sites.
Cost & Efficiency Management
Optimize production costs without compromising quality.
- Implement efficiency improvement programs at factories.
Track budgets, cost-saving opportunities, and ROI.
Reporting & Coordination
Provide regular reports on OEM performance, production status, and issue resolution.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders – Sales, Marketing, Finance, and R&D – for product updates, launches, and demand alignment.
- Escalate and resolve critical operational bottlenecks.
