About the Role
We are looking for a Client Partner, Growth & Marketing who will become the strategic face of our agency. This role sits at the center of client relationships, growth strategy, and execution planning.
You will work directly with founders, marketing leaders, and business owners to understand their goals, translate their vision into structured plans, and ensure world-class delivery through our internal teams. This is not a customer support role. This is a strategy + relationship + ownership role.
Key Responsibilities
Client Strategy & Discovery
- Lead onboarding and discovery calls with new clients
- Understand client business models, revenue goals, ICP, and marketing challenges
- Convert client problems into structured briefs and roadmaps
Account Ownership
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Own client communication, timelines, and delivery quality
- Ensure expectations are aligned and outcomes are delivered
Growth & Marketing Planning
- Collaborate with internal SEO, performance, content, and product marketing teams
- Translate strategy into clear execution plans
- Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts
Relationship & Retention
- Drive client satisfaction and long-term partnerships
- Proactively identify risks and solve issues before escalations
- Build trust with founders and senior stakeholders
Who Should Apply
You are a great fit if you:
- Have 1–6 years of experience in marketing agencies, SaaS, or growth teams
- Are comfortable speaking with founders and senior stakeholders
- Understand digital marketing fundamentals: SEO, paid media, funnels, and growth systems
- Can structure ambiguous ideas into clear action plans
- Are confident, organized, and ownership-driven
Bonus (Nice to Have)
- Experience working with SaaS, B2B, or startups
- Experience in handling international clients
- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Webflow, Google Analytics, or project management tools
