About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee and manage our finance and accounting operations. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in GST, TDS, accounting standards, and statutory compliance, preferably with prior experience working in an Audit Firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial transactions.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, ledgers, and reports.
  • Handle GST filing, TDS calculations, returns, reconciliation, and other statutory compliances.
  • Coordinate and support internal/external audits and maintain documentation.
  • Monitor cash flow, budgeting, cost control, and forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and statutory laws.
  • Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
  • Work closely with management for financial planning and reporting.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (MBA/CA Inter preferred).
  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in finance/accounts roles.
  • Prior experience in an Audit Firm is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliance.
  • Proficiency in accounting software like Tally ERP, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, etc.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Good communication and reporting skills.
