About the Role

We are seeking a driven
Business Development Associate in Core Staffing Sales
to expand our client base and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers. This role focuses on engaging new and existing clients daily, understanding their staffing needs, and converting opportunities into long-term partnerships across core industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and expand client/vendor relationships in pharma, biotech, medical devices, automotive, engineering, and electrical domains.
  • Actively reach out to new leads and maintain daily engagement with existing contacts to generate new staffing business.
  • Present staffing solutions convincingly and negotiate with clients/vendors for successful business conversions.
  • Ensure repeat business and referrals by building trust-based long-term relationships.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly staffing sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal recruitment and delivery teams for smooth client service.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of proven experience in staffing/recruitment sales or related business development roles.
  • Strong understanding of core staffing business models and industry practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence clients.
  • Prior exposure to pharma, biotech, medical devices, automotive, engineering, or electrical sectors preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.
  • Strong networking, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Tech-savvy with CRM tools and MS Office/Google Workspace proficiency.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and adaptable with a growth mindset.
