Job Title: Business Development Manager – Staffing & RecruitmentJob OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our staffing team. The BDM will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth through staffing and recruitment solutions. This role requires strong sales acumen, market knowledge, and the ability to develop long-term partnerships with clients across industries.Key Responsibilities>Identify and generate new business opportunities in IT and non-IT staffing services.>Develop and maintain strong client relationships with HR leaders, hiring managers, and decision-makers.>Understand client requirements and provide customized recruitment/staffing solutions.>Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth through client acquisition and account expansion.>Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.>Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure timely and quality delivery of resources.>Stay updated on staffing industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.>Maintain accurate sales pipeline, forecasts, and reports in CRM tools.>Represent the company at networking events, job fairs, and business forums.Key Skills & Competencies>Strong background in staffing, recruitment, or workforce solutions sales.>Proven track record of achieving sales/revenue targets.>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.>Strong networking and relationship-building skills.>Ability to understand client needs and map them with recruitment solutions.>Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.Qualifications & Experience>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field (MBA preferred).>3–7 years of experience in business development within staffing/recruitment industry.>Experience working with IT staffing, contract staffing, or permanent hiring will be an advantage.>Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and lead generation platforms.Performance Indicators (KPIs)>Number of new client acquisitions per quarter.>Revenue growth and achieved sales targets.>Client retention and repeat business.>Quality of client engagement and satisfaction.
