Job Title: Sr. Customer Care Executive/ Lead Prequalification Executive (Cold Calling)

Location: New Town, Kolkata

Department: Business Development / Sales Support

Reports To: Sales Manager

International BPO Exp preferred.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Prequalification Executive/Sr. Customer Care Executive to manage inbound and outbound lead calls, qualify potential clients, and support the sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle a high volume of calls efficiently. .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make 100+ cold calls per day to potential leads for new business setups.
  • Call and qualify leads received from various sources like Social Media, emails, watsapp
  • Prequalify all incoming leads received via email or WhatsApp and assign to consultants via CRM.
  • Assign leads to the appropriate sales consultants in the CRM after verifying lead quality.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and outcomes.
  • Attend scheduled training programs to stay updated on services and communication skills.
  • Take over team member's work responsibility during her absence (primarily call handling and lead routing).

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in cold calling, lead management, or telemarketing in International BPO is preferred.
  • Comfort with CRM tools and data entry.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask effectively.
  • Preferred nationality: Chinese or Anglo-Indian (for language/cultural support purposes).
  • Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
