What You'll Do:

 Client Management

  • Understand client requirements for bulk gifting, festive gifting, promotional products, and customized merchandise.

  • Provide creative solutions, product options, and branding ideas aligned with client budgets.

  • Ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction by coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

 Vendor & Product Management

  • Manage a strong vendor network to source high-quality products at competitive prices.

  • Keep updated with new trends in gifting, eco-friendly products, luxury gifts, and digital gifting solutions.

  • Negotiate with suppliers for best pricing and timely deliveries.

 Operations & Execution

  • Oversee order processing, production, branding/printing, packaging, and logistics.

  • Ensure quality control and timely execution of projects, especially during festive seasons and large-volume orders.

 Team Leadership (if applicable)

  • Guide and mentor junior sales/operations team members.

  • Monitor performance and ensure adherence to company processes.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong network and experience in corporate gifting / promotional products / B2B sales.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms.
  • Creative mindset with awareness of latest gifting trends and branding solutions.

Qualifications

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Corporate Gifting, B2B Sales, Client Servicing, or Promotional Merchandise industry.
