Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Sales Manager – Real Estate (Serviced Apartments & Leasing) located in Gurugram. The Corporate Sales Manager will be responsible for managing accounts, generating leads, enhancing sales operations, and providing excellent customer service. Daily tasks include developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, overseeing sales processes, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to optimize service delivery and achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Account Management and Lead Generation
  • Strong Sales skills and experience in Sales Operations
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the real estate or corporate housing industry is a plus
