About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Real Estate Sales Manager to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in real estate sales, excellent leadership qualities, and a strong drive to achieve consistent results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Manage end-to-end property sales transactions.
  • Ensure smooth communication between clients, team members, and management.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales goals.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of core real estate sales experience.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have a vehicle for client visits and site travel.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
  • Strong network and understanding of the real estate market.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.

Work Schedule

  • Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday (Monday Fixed Off)
  • Timings: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45, ₹60,000.00 per month
