Senior Business Development Executives
in Dadar and Andheri.

Role Overview

As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying prospects, understanding their needs, and offering tailored ODL solutions. This is a consultative sales role requiring strong communication, lead conversion, and client relationship skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and convert leads within the EdTech and ODL domains
  • Engage with prospective students or working professionals to understand their career goals
  • Recommend suitable educational programs based on individual needs
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Maintain a strong pipeline with timely follow-ups and lead nurturing
  • Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding and support process

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in EdTech or ODL sales (mandatory)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and highly driven
  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
