Presales Commercial Manager

About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled Presales Commercial Manager to lead and manage commercial agreements, ensuring strong alignment between business objectives, contractual commitments, and compliance standards. This is a hands-on role that requires drafting, evaluating, and negotiating contracts, while collaborating with multiple stakeholders to secure commercially sound outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end contract lifecycle from drafting and review to negotiation, execution, and renewal.
- Negotiate with external counterparties to achieve risk-balanced, commercially viable agreements.
- Translate business models and deal structures into clear contractual frameworks.
- Support pricing, commercial decision-making, and RFP processes by drafting key commercial terms.
- Collaborate with internal teams (business, technology, operations, legal) to ensure contractual rights and obligations are well-defined.
- Maintain a structured contract repository with version control and renewal tracking.
- Proactively identify, monitor, and mitigate commercial and legal risks.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelors degree in Business, Law, or related field (MBA or LLB preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in contract management, presales commercial roles, or commercial negotiations, preferably in fintech, financial services, or technology sectors.
- Strong knowledge of commercial models, contractual frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-party agreements.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of French will be an added advantage.
