Position Title: Senior Executive / Executive Sales (Multiple Positions)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage business for welding consumables across assigned regions.
  • Identify and engage industrial customers for M&R and Fabrication product ranges.
  • Generate leads, conduct product presentations, and perform demonstrations/trials at customer sites.
  • Provide technical support on product selection, welding parameters, and process optimization.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers through regular visits and follow-ups.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets, market coverage, and gross margin goals.
  • Collaborate with distributors, channel partners, and internal teams to drive business growth.
  • Monitor competitor activity and provide market insights to management.
  • Prepare visit reports, update CRM data, and support order finalization and commercial negotiations.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering.
  • Strong understanding of welding processes – SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, SAW, GTAW.
  • Good knowledge of welding metallurgy and consumable applications.
  • Proven skills in industrial sales, negotiation, and relationship management.
  • Application-oriented with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize welding operations.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with extensive fieldwork.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
